Rufai probably has no brain in that head for him to say that the BVAS machines should be taken from INEC. Taken by whom and given to whom? How would the rest of the election be conducted, or earth should stop revolving because Obi lost? Because of Obi's senselessness, elections were postponed. He has technically disenfranchised many young people who travelled home for three weeks to vote. He has increased miscellaneous expenses of many people including INEC regarding the elections.
