Abia badly needs fixing. Abia is by far the most worst governed or rather ill-governed state since 1999. The Okija shrine mafiya headed by Orji Uzor Kalu has set the precedence for what bad governance and a cabal from hell can look like. With LP in charge, let's see the magic it can do for Abia . I am looking forward to see how Abia can be fixed . |
