Retired is different from disrobe. Go look it up in the dictionary.
He was disrobed ofcourse.

But it doesn't mean his legal knowledge has dissipated.

But yeah, he has no credibility.

Former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Michael Aondokaa, in this interview clarifies that the Supreme Court has already ruled in a case as far back as 2008, that for a candidate to be declared president, he, apart from scoring 25% of votes cast in the 2/3 of the states of the federation, such candidate must score 25% of the votes cast in the FCT.

In their haste to enthrone a man with many moral baggages as king, INEC ended enmeshing itself in a lots of illegalities.

Please take this video down. This is weekend. Don't spoil some Urchins mood before the court judgement.

grin

When they were rigging they forgot to pad up the FCT numbers. The constitution is very clear of this issue. Do we need another interpretation into our local languages to understand Section 134?

The most important thing is that Tinubu/Shettima weren't qualified to contest in the first place.

SmartPolician:
If that's the case, they will have to refer to the outstanding judgement.

The only reason this set of judges will interpret the law differently is if the Druggie has greased their palms. Dude has a lot of money to throw around.

But is that enough to call for a runoff? Things will get interesting in the coming months.

SenatePresdo:
Urchins will learn a lesson grin

No wonder Keyamo and FFK are having panic attack lately, they know there is fire🔥 on the Mountain grin

Tinubu and INEC chairman may be arrested for going against the Constitution.

Tinubu will not be sworn in, the Good people of Yorubas have abandoned their Tribal rhetorics, Keyamo, Onanuga and FFK are on their own.

Hide this video biko....don't spoil friday for agbero Fc

The moment you become slaves to the Lebanese..forget about it.

So the former AGF is lying?

If yes, why hasn’t any lawyer gone on same platform to challenge him that there was no such ruling?
