All these was within the limited resources he had and comparing Anambra state with Lagos state( Fmer federal capital territory, state that have many revenue generating project and internal company’s and parastatals not setup by the state but by federal government is Nonsense. The revenue generated by the seaports alive and from truck drivers, The markets in Lagos state if handed over to Peter Obi, Lagos will not owe any debt. So learn what and what to be compared with.
