The instance you gave, in what way as it promotes a consolidated database and efficiency.
When a police man does a lasma job its avenue to extort, when an FRSC is out doing a lasma job its a ploy to extort .. the bad outweighs the good that is my point

Where efficiency is paramount, all agencies most function independently and act within there jurisdiction still on my point

Is just like saying FBI, CIA and state police should handle a case, it will surely end in contradictory report becos modus of operation differs. its not about what your politicians deserve, the valid conversation here is jurisdiction
The goal of having all anti graft agency on-board is to try and establish a 'contraditory report', secure a verdit which can be used as reference for disqualification. Where one is suspected to be culpable by more than one agency, they can establish their own cases and file seperate charges or file joint charges for case of similar detail.

NO, the goal or i prefer "essence" of having different anti graft agencies is to enhance division of labor and specialty, no country want contradictory report that why developed countries have one database in place that gives bio data of all citizens that resides within that country.

Every anti graft agencies have it statuory role and duties assigned to it however Jurisdiction decides who get the case, the best investigation reports can only come from the specialist, can you ask army to cumma investigate homicide case or ask lasma/vio/frsc to investigate car theft cases becos they are all anti graft agencies.

Can efcc give a better investigate report on Narcos cases than NDLEA ... specialist is sancrosanct to get the best report for a court verdict

Asset verification is part of the duties of the CCB. There is no need for any law again to do what you’re talking about. We only need CCB do their job.

If you don't have anything to hide on behalf of your principal, you won't get jittery here over the idea of a law on asset declaration. Everyone knows those agencies in Nigeria don't do nothing because they are always in some people's beck and call. So we need a law, Kadoso. We need a law.

'Contradictory report' was in quote from your submission. If one agency with related task (economic, financial and corrupt conducts) like efcc, icpc and ccb's reports finds nothing, another may find something to work with. This also removes posibilities of one agency working over same case repeatedly. More scrutny is the advocacy.

You are working with lame assumptions, in professional climes what ever a specialist can't find on a case, just know no other relative agencies can find it, except maybe the specialize agency refuse to do there job

In america for instances, despite having a centralized system database FBI and CIA stay clear of each other jurisdiction and most times they withheld information from one another, citing "CLASSIFIED"
Even in Nigeria, among the police there are divisions, IRT have there peculiar case, SARS have there own case and police traffic unit have there own peculiar case.
There are cases that necessitates joint force, but that is only when the need arise.

If you acknowledged that every anti graft agency have their role and jurisdiction, doesn't that necessitate the need for multiple agencies to carryout independent investigations as to determine the credibility of an elected official? E.g, while ndlea may take interest in drug case linked to mr. A, leaving out his certificate forgery accusations is likely.

My friend, you are beginning to mumble things up

The only institution charged with the responsibility and capacity to determine the credibilty of an election is the election Tribunal ... even tho election cases get to supreme court the report the supreme court wil audit and review are reports forwarded from the election tribunal.

So what as multiple agencies got to do with the election credibility, for the next 180days complainants only have one place to be and that is the election tribunal venue

Someone that can't remember his age, name, schools attended and Nationalities won't remember his assets.

Secondly all Tinubu's asset will be in his family members names.

Exactly! Like that mansion in London for instance!
