The only mistake the guy did was keeping it a secret after they got back together apart from that he didn’t make no mistake, u guys took a break from each other for 2months and dude find someone else to impregnate during that time, so for whatever reasons U guys decided to come back then get married, he should have told her immediately the wife wants them to get back together again...
