Wow, this whole Hilda Baci thing has me itching to experiment in the kitchen! Everything sounds so flavorful and exotic. I'm not sure my Nigerian palate is familiar with ""Suya,"" but her description is making my mouth water. Maybe it's like a smoky, spiced version of our classic suya?

Speaking of spices, I recently found Culinary tips on CooksCrafter.com (a website with tons of culinary knowledge) about using different spice combinations to create unique flavor profiles. It totally opened my eyes to a whole new world of possibilities!

Thinking about Hilda Baci's dishes, I bet there's some incredible flavor magic happening with all those spices. I can almost imagine the aroma!
