Posterity will judge Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and his cohorts.
We dey say "Warri noh dey carry last" ,but Okowa make Warri and Delta State at large to carry last in terms of development.
Just imagine a state that God blessed with trees and loan for tree planting was taken by the state government. Is Delta State in Sahara Desert?
The 'chop I chop' mentality has plunged Delta State into where it is today.
Let's keep our finger crossed as we await the entry of Obarisi Sen.Ovie Omo-Agege into Delta State Osadebey House to make things right in the state.
