Today is my birthday, to celebrate I decided to go for check up.. Blood pressure, HIV, liver and kidney function test, stomach, liver scanning and some I don't remember.. God so kind everything is ok, except for the fact I was asked to reduce meat intake (I will quit taking meat today anyway, I no want wahala) Pic 1 is the HIV result Pic 2 is the liver and kidney function test (pls experts should point out anything I need to know) I urge everyone out there to take time out and know HIV status as a stitch in time saves nine...
