That scheme is met for ghost beneficiaries, not Nigerian students. An agricultural loan that was launched recently the beneficiaries were all people who stayed in the cities they don't know the road to the farm. Leave all this nonsense scheme for now.

Since this news broke, I've seen from this platform that most of Nigerian youths are unserious element.

Some said he doesn't have anyone in his family, church or mosque to stand as guarantor.

1. Subsidy removal - Right thing at the wrong time.

2. Student loan - right thing at the wrong time

3. Electricity bill- right thing at the right time. Waiting for implementation.

But as with other things "Nigerian", you'll find that corruption will frustrate this policy.

Soon you'll start hearing that people were asked to pay some sorta bribe before they can receive the loan or that they were requested to bring a referee who kist be a senator or governor.
