In an attempt to serve justice and protect the society, the Chief Magistrate's court of Dunukofia Magisterial district has issued an arrest warrant on Ukpo Millionaire Mr Emeka Udenka among several others who were accused of committing an alleged cause of Conspiracy, forgery, defamation and threat to Life.

The information contained on the arrest warrant made available on 9th of June 2023 stated that the commissioner of police Anambra State should arrest Mr Emeka Udenka , Mr Obiora Christian Udenka, Mr Chukwugozie Cornelius Ilokolobia, Chibueze Udenka, Isaac Nwankwo and others.

This arrest is alleged to be connected to the petition made by the Traditional ruler of Ukpo kingdom HRM Igwe Dr. Robert C. Eze through his Principal Secretary . The petition was made to the DPO Nigerian Police Dunukofia division.

On the petition dated 6th June 2023, the Traditional ruler wrote this; "I write to officially bring to your notice and for necessary action, the criminality perpetrated by the above mentioned suspects who wittingly conspired among themselves to commit criminal offense of defamation of character of the principal secretary to Igwe Ukpo community and possibly kill him".

Further investigations have it that there are possible conspiracies on the Principal secretary to the Igwe Ukpo which led the accused to sort after the life of the Principal Secretary .[b][/b]
