If the newly appointed MD is living in Enugu I won't have problem with the appointment, but importing him from Lagos is a no no. There are other people from enugu who can do that. He doesn't have the people's support and he's throwing away the little good will he have.

Getting a professional from outside the current system in the state will bring professionalism. Ladi is a true professional and will turn things around for Enugu broadcasting station and bring modernity.
Others should follow suit. We are all Nigerians, if you can get a competent person from outside the visinity to do the job, get him!
It is only in football I see states getting non indigenes as coaches.
I am truelly happy for Enugu people.

I do not think it is a demotion, rather, a promotion. This is a whole state owned broadcast station he will manage as a MD. Not just a staff but the chief executive. An upgrade to his cv.
