No bro! That's how it is being done it is a regular exercise carried out by the army to re-train personnels in weapons handling, military tactics and strategies and other new equipments that the soldiers may need to be trained on how to use.

It's sad that people don't read before they comment. This is a war game. Prelude to invasion. Those training in Sokoto will move into Niger when the order is giving.
