Did the local council tell him to give them money to construct the road as they do in Lagos?

My brother, it has come to a point where we need to speak d truth. If you're an hausa/fulani and you want to live by truth, you will not like us. You see igbos and yorubas, inside and outside Nigeria, they're hardworking, resilient and ambitious. The rent the best houses in the north. They do businesses from d scratch. But the northerners are bunch of drug or codeine infested a$$holes
The barbarians believe memorizing the koran is all that is necessary, western education is not, you see full grown men who only know to repair shoes or push trucks, raising the next generation of almajiris, for how long would this trend continue? To them its better to know just the koran than to know how to travel to space.

Why can't Ibos stand alone?

Why do you like attaching yourselves to other tribes?

Yorubas don't need your attachment.

Wonderful ...Nice one Mr. Alade

...meanwhile, Mr Alade village road in Ogun state where Seun also comes from is in deplorable condition, earnestly begging for his attention and that of government.

Not just from Mr Alade n d govt but also from Mr Chukwu and possibly Mallam Dankwambo

It is common knowledge that some Nigerian roads are generally either in a state of disrepair, poorly maintained or altogether untarred.

Nonesense. Let the residents of Ogun state tar their road. The man has been doing business in Kano and earning a living there. It's only fair to be nice to the people and give back to the society.

You don’t say!
Yorubas live outside SW?
Yet I don’t hear our Hausa/Fulani brothers screaming Yorubas must go back to their region.
Neither have I heard our Yoruba brothers requesting their brothers in the North to return to Yorubaland.

Hypocrisy of the highest order by the self-acclaimed sophisticated ones.

Because Yorubas are not as mouthed and obnoxious as you lot igbos, you think Hausas will tolerate you calling Kano a no man's land and meddling in their politics?

For your information Yorubas are the most travelled in Nigeria, we don't just value traveling withing the country but make your enquiries and you will find out that most Nigerians in developed countries all over the world are Yoruba which makes sense because the first to embrace education gets enlightenment and exposure earlier, I know there are many people who see coming to Lagos as getting to their promised land but Yoruba have gone past that since.

So when it comes to business you nobody challenge Igbo's in that not that isn't other successful people on business from other tribes.
For you to talk fast food chains no doubt Yorubas are number
But to correct you Igbo's aren't noise maker's just that 85% of Yoruba men are lazy and can't work always depending on then women to go and hustle then come back and feed them..
Almost 80% of importation are done by Igbo
EKULO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED does about 40% of importation in Nigeria
Remember that food chains need spices to cook they will still patronize Igbo's because Tiger Foods Limited is the best and leading companies when it comes to food chains spices.
I don't argue that Yorubas aren't the best in food chain business but it's not that much profitable ask Mr Biggs How well not how far
Just like we don't compare any other tribes with Yorubas in education sector Don't compare in other tribes with Igbo's in terms of business

Yawns... Another tribalistic noise maker.

There was a Mistake in writing the name of the business man,his name is Mr Joseph Alada and not "Alade" as wrongly spelt by the OP.

He is from Bekwarra LGA of Cross River state.
He construct the road to link with his newly built 5 star hotel that is located in Sabon Garri area of kano state.
