If you're talking about president Tinubu, he's not from Osun. His ancestral roots might be from there, but according to Nigerian law he is an indigene of Lagos state. Take for instance ElRufai his parents are originally from Katsina state but he was brought up in Zaria by a foster father and so became a Zaria indigene. You don't hear the natives there complaining
