As a child I played outside with my friends, rode my bike, sang songs, read books with my mom, fought with my siblings, took care of my siblings, drew pictures, colored in coloring books, ate penny candy, lost teeth, lost friends, made friends, ate breakfast food at any time of the day, and acted my age

I had such an imagination that the world was mine smiley

Bronzetuke dear, you are right o,those days were fun, then we had no worries,I remember how I used to cry my eyes out whenever I was asked to go take siesta(now I look for time to nap but it seems there isn't any for that).
I still eat choco milo, mum used to get mad whenever she saw us playing in the rain. I miss those days.

Those sweet old days are gone and never to be seen again.
Those were the days when public schools like My alma mata CMS gram sch,Igbobi college,St finbars,Baptist Academy,Queens College etc where the best around and private schools like The Corona schools were almost non existing.
Those were the days most families have a drawn Time-table for their meal to maintain a balance diet.
Those those of Domino stores, kingsway store, leventis etc.

I also remember the advent of Mexican soap operas on our tv in likes of "The rich also cry" and "no one but you".
Millions was not everywhere those days but families were very happy.
