There is no where in the Electoral Act where the Commission or its agent is mandated to use only electronic method in collating or transmitting election results.

This is common knowledge going by the law NOT even INEC chairman can change this through verbal means.

Law is Law

If INEC chairman want it otherwise....the electoral act must be changed if not.

So pe otilo

Yes oooo

The state is criminally captured by criminals

How can the judge say that INEC is not mandated to transmit results electronically

Whereas the same INEC told everyone that results will be transmitted through the BVAS to the IREV portal realtime on the election
The problem with you folks is sentiments and base emotions! Guidelines as espoused by INEC remain a "subset" of the law and the law will ALWAYS reign supreme. You have law makers in the upper and lower chambers, push for an amendment through those corridors and stop using high falluting words you have in-depth knowledge of but obviously your ilks won't and will rather prefer the nzobu nzobu caveman means of doing things.

1. Your PayPal account was opened with a Nigeria IP address and you are trying to link a dollar card to a Nigerian PayPal.
2. If the answer above is not the case, then you have insufficient fund in your card to complete the linking of the card. PayPal will charge the card almost $2 and send you a code in the transaction for you to enter the same code to your PayPal account.

of course we are going through a lot that is the price you pay for being enlightened and educated, and never settling for less, other folks who are ignorant and have no future ambitions can never understand what has been stolen from them. If tinubu performs or not everyone pays for it.

tinubu would be the easiest to defeat even with power, he rigged Lagos under his nose and still lost.

Thanks to the current failure of his that is biting majority Nigerians.

In 2027 just give Atiku ticket he would secure at least 50% of the north, na obi that divided pdp traditional votes down south helped tinubu.

Obi should humble himself for Vp, it's better than nothing, he can't rule without core north and that vp is his platform to build their trust

Na 13million+ votes split with opposition in that election o, tinubu didn't see 2/3 of that

The most important part of Nigeria election is to be declared winner, that's why the INEC Commissioner in Adamawa announced Binani as winner, the only issue with his declaration was that he was not the returning officer.
INEC can decide to use cardboard paper write results according to this pronouncement, spending Billions on BVAS was a waste of our resources

BVAS were used to checkmate over voting and not for announcement of results.

Each PU results are with party agents

LP refused to collate results that they won elections.

Simple Excel sheet from your agents nation wide can give some hope that LP won....these things are not hard to do.

It was INEC that put themselves under pressure in the first place.

Why say everything will be transmitted electronically, and do the exact opposite. Shouldn't their rule and regulations bind them?

Make it make sense.
so if there is no network or the machine spoil we cancel that polling unit?

Is it safe to say that INEC is not mandated to conduct any elections in Nigeria since all their other responsibilities have now been thrown out by the so-called Judges?

What a caricature called courts. A nation of crooks and fraudsters condemned to never do well.
