Lagos state was already positioned to excel. Even a dummy can do well in Lagos state. Why are other south western states not as developed as Lagos state?
Until other south western states develop like Lagos, then we can then talk.
Anambra state is another hub for development in the country. They have human, oil/gas, agricultural and solid mineral resources. You need to travel and enjoy the east, don't let nairaland bigotry limit your experience.
