Seriously, there is a problem with trying to get the court to disqualify your opponent after losing a contest in which the majority voted for him or her.

These should be always be sorted before election.

Like a pastor at a marriage would say, anyone who has any solid reason why A and B should not be allowed to contest should go to court now, or shut up forever.

If it turns out he used fraudulent documents, let the same voters push him to resign or remove him by the same ballot he got there with.
