I have always said it. The grievous mistake was burying mohbad immediately. Fine the guy had conflicts with Marley but he may have died due to hard drugs.

What is wrong with Ned. As an observant Muslim who is always in the mosque , he should know that compulsory autopsy is against Islamic rules. While it should be optional for unbelievers, it shouldn’t be made compulsory in a majority musim nation like nigeria

That'll be a welcome development because it'll help expose untimely deaths in our hospitals due to doctors' negligence.

It'll also provide grounds for Nigerians to seek legal redress in such cases of death due to medical negligence.

It is a good one... But while initiating a bill you should know that there are larger percentage of the senator that are Muslim and they will not allow the bill to scale through because of their believe as a Muslim

Most amazing bill
A lot of Islamic countries also do autopsy for unexpected deaths in young people, according to international standards

I don't think it's haram to do autopsies in Islam.
It just has to be expedited before burial the next day/within 24 hours
