People knows sponsored articles. Obi lifted all the sectors in Anambra state; education, health, industry, etc

I thought by now they would have accused him of one thing atleast to balance the fraud allegation

How can the SC demand for something that is not in the plaintiffs pleadings? Do you think the SC is an under the mango tree village court?

The fact that you have set your own Region on fire and overrun it with Cannibals doesn’t mean Nigeria is Collapsing

Corruption have dealt with Nigerians that some people don't know the difference between right and wrong.

How can INEC prove that Tinubu wins if not by declaring the polling booths result?

My goodness. INEC doesn't need to prove anything. This is not village court. It is the petitioner that must prove his case. This is exactly what pept lambasted lp and pdp for. And here you are...

Pocket lawyers. Let me rephrase, INEC is yet to show all workings and assign to parties that demand the polling booths results as stated by law

You lost at the polling booths, you were lambasted at the Presidential Election Tribunal, yet you are still begging to be humiliated at the Supreme Court. Where is that man that was crying with and for Atikulation/Obituary at the Court in 2019? Is he tired now or he doesn't know whom to cry for this time around? I mean where is Professor Ben Nwabueze (SAN)?

Hahaha you are talking to someone that was law school class mate to one of the judges on the PEPT.

Don't make assumptions.

It is trite law that parties are bound by their pleadings. Neither PDP or LP averred that they won the election. All they are asking for is that a candidate be disqualified. It is not the job of INEC to make the petitioners case for them.

Let's be specific. Give me one of the LP or PDP averments that they won the election and the proofs they put forward.

The burden of proof rests on the party making the case not on the respondent. LP and PDP must prove that they won or would have won the election and they must use the E series forms to prove it.

It's very simple if you are dispassionate.
