This news is enough to provoke Ebonyi people against their wasteful government considering various studies and researches which indicates that Ebonyi state is one of the poorest in the country with AIT news showing data that Ebonyi indigenes make up to 60% of street hawkers in Nigeria.

Enugu airport is the only functional airport in south east while Asaba airport succeeding it. Don't these persons know there is hunger?

Who is using Ebonyi Airport?

In a state were majority of the indigenes are extremely poor.

This one wants to continue from were David Umahi stopped. Investing heavily on physical infrastructure with no human capital development. Ebonyi civil servants are still one of the poorest paid in Nigeria, yet billions will be used to repair the runway of a unviable airport.
