It takes constant practice and not talking too fast. You have to be conscious of it until you get used to it. But don't try to make it too too deep so that you don't draw attention to the sudden change.

If you do it consistently, in about 3 to 4 weeks, it'll start coming naturally.

It might just be you, and you probably won't be able to do anything about it even if I suggest you swallow frog.

Calm
You can mask your voice to be thicker when you talk, but it's gonna be stressful one day you go loose guard.

Accept your voice for what it is and don't let voice depress you.

lifting weights will go a long way in increasing your testosterone level which will in turn deepen your voice. Just give it a try.
