Forbes sitting in one AC-room in US and choosing the most powerful woman in Africa? Smh.

Those people in the west, US and their follow-follow nations, really live in a different world and planet.

They chose the DG of WTO for their own Africa when in the real Africa , most people don't even know WTO let alone Dr. Okonjo-Iweala .

In same Africa where there are Female Presidents, Billionaires, Musicians, Actors, Sports personalities, Top Execs, Politicians, Royalties etc. They should be in Africa to know who is truly a powerful woman. Haba!!

They are really joking and only stopped short of giving it to HE Peter Obi who is the 2023 Africa's most profilic in giving inaccurate data and outright falsehoods. Check my signature for free stuffs!
Don't be stupid, they're talking about influential women, not rich or wealthy women. Do you think it is easy to become Director General of World Trade Organisation? Do you the numbers of politicians around the world she had to lobby before getting there or high profile people she had to contest with? In shorts, influential people will enter places with ease where rich or wealthy people can't just enter. Okonjo Iweala will enter white house elegantly whereas Dangote or your so called celebrities can't.

I don't know why they see everything as competition with Igbos. A woman that is not even qualified to carry NOI files is who they compared with her

Where is Kemi today 🥱🥱

Kemi should not be compared to Ngozi. Folorunso Alakija can. She is doing it silently with her Philanthropy.

Don't you know what Forbes is or are you just acting like a plonker?

Forbes is not the only one who recognises Dr. Okonjo-Iweala as a powerful woman in Africa. She has been listed as one of the world's most influential leaders by Time, one of the 25 most influential women by Financial Times, and Minister of the Decade by Nigeria's This Day newspaper.
She is also the first woman and the first African to lead the World Trade Organization as Director-General.

She is not just a DG of WTO for their own Africa. She is an economist and international development expert with over 30 years of experience. She has held leadership and advisory positions in scores of international, nongovernmental, and charitable organizations, including the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (GAVI); the African Union, as chair of the African Risk Capacity Group, an agency established to help African countries prepare for and respond to extreme weather events and other natural disasters—and as a special envoy to negotiate international financial assistance for combating the COVID-19 pandemic; the Global Commission on the Economy and Climate; the International Commission on Financing Global Education; the Rockefeller Foundation; and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. You think this is your regular corruption trash,eh!

Aside that, she was also briefly the country's Foreign Minister in 2006. First Nigerian woman to serve in both positions. She also ran for the presidency of the World Bank in 2012, the first contested election for that position, which is traditionally held by an American. Is that a joke to you?

Before you slag off the lady, maybe you should do some research and learn some facts. She is not a joke, she is a legend.

There are people who are articulate but lack critical thinking abilities.

There are people that can string words together but cannot build an intellectually sound argument.

You are one of such people.

Reading your contributions can actually reduce ones IQ if done consistently.

Let me speak plainly, you are dumb.

You focused on Okonjo and ignored Mo for two obvious reasons.

1.She is Igbo and (2) she remains the most influential former minister Nigeria has ever had, she is a reminder to your ilk of the great strides the PDP govt made.

Meanwhile, no former APC minister can call the leader of common Estonia whereas Okonjo can speak directly to the President of the United States.

You and your party are mediocres.
