Simply because ( it's difficult for you to pulldown their post as waikan does not leave a trace to their scam. All their mechanical (copy and paste emails) leave no trace to suspicion, they operate with random bank account not linked to waikan as a company.
And so Yes, you can't pull them out of Trustpilot, for you can hardly prove your allegations.

This is how it starts
Either you are introduced by a local agent, a referral (who also are victimized) or from the main Scammer Mr Jay Vekeria in the format of this form - care support worker along with 3 other forms.

If you contact jay@waikanconsulting.co.uk on your own this is what you will get

He sends you an informed email highly detailed with the entire process of obtaining A Skilled worker COS at a £499 consultation fee and payment plan spread over a couple of 7 months, 8 months at £1000 per month or a £900 payback of £7000 while already working in the UK.
And an amazing irresistable £1000 referral bonus for every new client that you introduce, that certainly, stunned, the like of us, who see it as an aid to a means.

Of course either you or an agent will want to start off.

The first thing they ask you is to send in your details so as to generate your case ID
By submitting your passport you are expected to provide a location in the UK where you will like to work within 20mile radius.
Then your case ID will be generated.

After you have indicated an interest to pay you will receive details like below notice it comes in generic bank details with nothing related to Waikan Consulting or Jay Vekeria account.
After payment you will be transferred to the main player sarah@waikanconsulting.co.uk best responder and followup to all your request.
She programs you for a recording interview with wilo app.
Thereafter 3 weeks your interview result is out mainly successful and moving you to compliance stage informing you that your Documents have been forwarded to Kroll another 20 working days wait.

There after you will be asked to submit your documents (employment history, payslip etc) notice, they will not advice you on what to submit ( telling you it's done externally by Kroll that it takes 25-30 days)

Request for additional documents. (Giving you sample to follow) and thereafter you submit again (telling you it's done externally by Kroll that it takes 25-30 days)

Yet this time is the final10-15days warning that you must submit All your documents including attestation to all your documents since they cannot be verified. This certainly will pull alot of cash from you in a bid to meet with your previous employers/ generate payslip/ bank statement, etc. After which you submit again (telling you it's done externally by Kroll that it takes 25-30 days)

Notice that at any point, should you complain, they will advice you to opt for the Rural Route ( for Scotland or Northern Ireland as it does not involve much screening ( such a fraud, why didn't they advice from the beginning?)
