Ogwashi-Uku Carnival, 13years after Its creation, is still setting the pace for others to follow. This is an obvious facts since a lot of communities surrounding Ogwashi-Uku kingdom have decided to follow the pace setters to create their own carnival in a bid to either rival the Ogwashi-Uku Carnival which is the first indigenous dance carnival sponsored by the founder and President since 2010, without state or government assistance unlike the newly established carnivals which are supported by government and other corporate entities, or to adopt the great event for the peaceful coexistence of the people. Whatever is the onus we on Ogwashi-Uku Carnival are peaceful and welcome them all to the fun times at festive seasons
