This may sound harsh, but guy, stop it. Just stop it. Stop castigating yourself. Stop pulling yourself down. I see you being angry at yourself for making one slip, but lemme ask you, what did you use to reward yourself for the 49 days you were disciplined? Did you congratulate yourself? Did you take yourself out? Did you tell yourself kind, encouraging words? Did you tell yourself, I'm proud of how far you've come? I'd bet you didn't. Yet one little mistake, you're ready to beat yourself up. That's no way to grow. If you can't forgive yourself, you can't love yourself. If you don't truly love yourself, you can't truly love another person - not your wife, not your kids. I used to be a perfectionist, always unsatisfied if I don't get 100%, but I learned to forgive myself when I make mistakes, and more importantly, to celebrate every little win. If you have celebrated every single day you were able to go without breaking your streak, this tiny mistake won't be an issue.
