Nigerian men will be like 'women submit to your man' but are scared of dating women just a bit older than them and rarely marry their age mates. I am just laughing, what an alternative way of saying 'respect your senior, don't let our being in a relationship make you do otherwise'.

I have dated ladies older than me and there is no question of disrespect in the relationship. I don't treat my partner with levity, and as they say, respect is a reciprocal. So it's not a big deal, it's mutual understanding.
