That means the dealer that bought the oil from tthe company must have added water , if it happens they're able to trace person that did it, the name you hear would be obvious.

They are the same set of people who manufactured fake products . The surprising thing is that, they sees it as business, including their families and relatives sees it as normal business nobody criticize each other for doing wrong..
