Ships that loaded petroleum products from Lagos offshore pay ship dues, towage,environmental protection levy,berthing/mooring etc all in dollar at her discharge port before she can berth&sail.

Even Eco Marine Terminals that can receive Naira equivalent is also joining NIMASA and NPA to do nonsense.They suppose to have Dollar and Naira accounts.Clients can convert the amount on the dollar bill into Naira using the prevailing exchange rate and pay. As simple as that.

One. I don't know if naira is being printed at the moment because by removing subsidy, Tinubu, govs and chairmen have more revenue than they can share monthly. In fact, they have excess money. Why would they be printing money again unless there is not enough cash in circulation due to destruction of the naira by Emefiele.
