It good he has started but it could have been better esp the structure!
It would have been clearer had we known what the interior contained and who will likely manage the training!
Secondly,the money could have alternatively been used to sponsor some of the youths in that community to a course in a proper ICT center!
Overall,atleast he is far better than some senators who haven't even visited their constituency since they were declared winners...they only resurface after 4 years sharing salt and wrapper!

Look at the kind of useless project they are publicising in the 21st century as an achievement when Oyinbo is constantly sending engineers to the space station for repairs and upgrades. He must have ripped off his constituency over half a billion naira with that white elephant structure he erected,and the next time they may talk about that building will be when another politician claims it as an abandoned government building.

The politicians are the problem in Nigeria. They are not using the people's common wealth to develop the country.They want Nigeria to develop miraculously with manna from heaven,while they pocket the physical cash that should have been used practically.
