IF NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT GIVES ME 100 BILLION NAIRA.

I WILL CHANGE IT INTO USD DOLLARS, ANONYMOUSLY IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS.

EVEN STATE GOVERNORS ARE CHANGING FEDERAL ALLOCATIONS TO US DOLLARS.

The unregistered ones are touts and can be prosecuted. We don't want currency traders in our streets again.

Many unregistered exchangers also have offices and boys that trade for them too. The registered BDCs don't even stay within. They rely on other unregistered big shots to circulate tand trade the currencies.

When it comes to business ventures the Northern guys are the king, yet they don't make noise and chest beat even when then can afford to by all the 2x2 shops and their owners.

Please shut up, the people your are talking trash about are the only people that will turn billionaires in an open market without govt interference.

Remove the government monopoly from dangote and BDCs and watch how those people you love to hate would take over like they were the ones incharge since the existence of this shit hole.

Fear those people , nobody would be able to stand if they where ment to go through what they have gone through and still going through .

Even the northaners you love eating their asses knows they are not up to what it takes.

Does this mean that banks would start giving out dollar to customers, cos I noticed that they stopped and started giving out the naira equivalent of whatever amount of dollars you want to withdraw.

If the BDCs have been given the green light by CBN to resume operations, hope we'll be able to get dollar from the bank.

Do you mean banks have forcefully converted dorm account holdings to naira or do you mean inflow like western union and the rest?

Stop saying that bro, Hausas are nowhere near Igbos and Yorubas in business, take excessive government favouritism off Dangote and other rich northerners, they won't be anywhere near the southern guys. You people should stop all this northern shit abeg, it's stale. When you mention the richest people in the world we know their businesses, mention the richest northerners and tell me their businesses if not that they own more than 70% of the oil wells in the Niger Delta.
Abeg free Igbos, free Yorubas and concentrate on your northern agenda.
Mark my words: If Tinubu wins in 2027, he will demystify the northern grip on Nigeria's oil, he's still trading softly just to pacify them a bit. They are angry with many of his policies and the relocation of some parastatals, and even more angry with the recent implementation of the Orosanye report because it won't favour them (that's why Jonathan and Tinubu dumped the report). They're the ones heading and working in all those anonymous parastatals that will be scrapped.
Igbos own the importation, shop and warehouse business in Nigeria
Yorubas own the financial and stock exchange
Hausa's what's their major business? Apart from Dangote that monopolies every business of his interest through govt help.
China is great today because of the small 2x2 industries they have scattered here and there, not by one person amassing the wealth and riches of everybody!

BDC normally deals on small amounts of cash exchange

Currency traders on the streets should have been totally abolished.
In Nigeria, Currency trade is mistaken for BDC.
That's what makes Nigeria's street to fix the value of the Naira against the Dollar and other currencies.
Trade of currency on the street is a most primitive act
Now, anybody they see on the street selling or buying dollars would be arrested and prosecuted.

Don't let us forget that it's easier for these so called unregistered BDC to finance terrorism.
Every transaction by the registered BDC will be documented.Any politician wey use stolen go buy dollar will have his records taken.

What exactly do you need the dollar for when the bank has given you the naira equivalent?
Banks use the official market to give customers naira equivalent. But BDCs use back (parallel) market.

And as you know, black market figures are always higher than that of the official market that's why people prefer BDCs rate to bank rate.

Dom account holders weren't affected. The only problem is that you cannot withdraw dollar from the account. Whatever amount you want to withdraw would be given to you in naira.

As for WU, if you receive an inflow from Western Union, your money would be paid directly to your account in naira. The bank wouldn't give you the expected amount in dollar.

Obi is supporting hawkers of dollars. He said government shouldn't arrest them. You don't need anyone to tell you that Obi is a stupid man. Very stupid man who doesn't know when politics end and when governance begins. Unfortunately, his gullible worshippers were backing him except few ones that disagree with him.

Tinubu is ready to keep those Licensed BDCs but those Agbero dollars standing on the road would be arrested and prosecuted.

Mumu, you are not ashamed that 3 states in your region (Ondo, osun, and ekitit) don't have even one. It shows that most states of south west are dead economically while Oyo and Ogun are on life support. What will BDC operators go and do in dead states with zero economic activity . Only Lagos is viable due to large concentration of other ethnic groups including igbos who are the highest patronizers of the BDCs due to their import nature.
This report revealed a lot about south western states . Only Lagos is viable -. fact
