Out of 5 states that make up a geo-political zone, 3 are doing well. While 2 or 3 out of 7 states that make up a geo-political zone are doing well. The SE states are doing great inspire the government not in their favour.

Imagine! Oil producing States can't pay salaries without federal government allocation.

Akwa Ibom, Delta, Bayelsa, Abia, Cross River can't pay salaries. The government should be probed to tell the people where their is going or spent.

Very sad development!
