Terrorism in the North has nothing to do with religion.

My opinion is since the 13% derivatives payment on oil to the South, the North have continued to find ways to have money transferred back to them hence creating insecurity and other backdoor ways like preferential appointments, subsidy and exchange rate contracts.

The actions of IPOB unfortunately played into their hands and was so ill timed and unnecessarily shifted FG focus.

Hopefully the right actions can now be taken to bring normalcy or encourage more resources harvesting so that more or all states get the 13 derivatives from their resources.
