He can’t do it by himself. He managed to flee with the assistance of one or more Nigerians.

Bullocks. The people assigned to watch over him should be interrogated immediately. The money in the hands of that man, is 3nough for him to use to bribe those who are responsible for looking after him.

I won't be surprised if they looked the other way. Nigerians, some of us, can sell our souls for a quick buck.

Nigeria is now an international disgrace.

Just look at the type of nonsense we are reading.

They cannot even hold a prisoner down with tight security.

As usual the unthinkable happened again even with all the charade of fighting cyber corruption. Hopes he is rearrested and all involved exposed and punished accordingly. The corruption in Nigeria nah helele.
You think he broke off and actually escaped??

He paid his way out.
So, nobody is going to find him.

The escape story is the usual nigerian-police way of covering up their stupidity.

I don't think there's any country that is useless as Nigeria....

If probe deeply,is one of the security guards that will help the smart guy to escape promising in return to shower him or her with million of dollars...

Nobody will be sack or arrested for this development
Re: Binance Executive, Nadeem Anjarwalla Escapes From Custody In Nigeria by grandstar(m): 11:08am On Mar 25
All these charges are bs.

Nigerian owned companies do likewise or even worse. Flutterwave was found guilty of money laundering running into millions of Dollars in Kenya and yet nothing whatsoever in very corrupt Nigeria.

Crypto exchanges have so many transaction going through them per second that manning them efficiently would require far more staff. Many are still making losses, so extra staff is the last thing they need.

American banks for instance find it hard keeping up with the directive to report every transaction $10,000 or more, despite that many of them being in the top 25 banks.

If you don't like them, it's best you just ban them rather than use them as a scapegoat for the poorly implemented float of the Naira.

According to another insider, the two officials were detained in a “pleasant guest house” and granted numerous privileges, such as access to telephones. Anjarwalla is suspected to have taken advantage of this opportunity to plan his escape.

It is clear the arrangements made for his detention were pretty lax to begin with.

Our authorities were trying to play fair, but escapee Anjarwalla had other ideas up his sleeves.

P.S - to all those condemning our Policing authorities; do you have any idea how many people flee the USA or UK under similar circumstances every year?

The saboteurs of the government and the progress of Nigeria is at work again
He must have offered a huge amount to escape
And why did he escaped if his hands were clean
Are those he helped to launder Nigerias wealth behind his escape?
These are questions running thru my mind

No. Through the ballot box. Obi lost…period. Tell yourself any narrative you want to use to console yourself. We are tired of this victim mentality! It takes more than having 100% votes from your kinsmen to rule Nigeria.
