The issue is this, most of these traditional rulers might either not have wheels or their vehicles are in deplorable condition. Moreover, the automobiles bought by Obi are made in Nigeria. How can you justify this vis-a-vis the purchase of brand new foreign manufactured SUV's for lawmakers having at their disposal well maintain motor vehicles by previous lawmakers. Do you know billions of Naira budgeted and expended year in year out for the maintenance of these vehicles that are been rejected?
