Look at the State Code of the NYSC member,
It's reading 15A when things were extremely cheap and that's even Ogun state that has easy access to clean water within a short reach .....

As much as I don't like this type of borehole, buh if the contractor felt that was the best, what do we know....

Who isn't happy should do theirs and let's see.....

Afterall he's done the normal sumo insertion borehole drilling in other states that means this one is a perculiar environment.
