Basically where I stay we get power supply for 6 to 8 hours every 4 days.

So which band should we be? I tried checking all I can see is NMD no specific band.

Please how can I check my band thanks

We are under the tyranny of IBEDC
When I wanted to check my band. I called ekedp help line.
The customer care picked and asked for my meter number that's all.

I even asked to know the company in charge of that particular helpline the person told me lol grin

You know these companies outsource their help line to customer care companies.
