No Vacancy in Delta North Senatorial Seat in 2027: Senator Prince Ned Nwoko Returns for Good Governance and Legislation, Says Godwin Obire

Asaba - In a press briefing held in Asaba today, Olorogun Godwin Obire, the Special Advisor on Legislative and Political Matters to Senator Prince Ned Nwoko, announced that Senator Nwoko will be seeking re-election in 2027 to the Red Chamber. His goal is to ensure justice for all Nigerians and to enact effective laws to govern the country, among other important issues.

Obire, the political strategist, sternly informed those vying to replace Senator Prince Ned Nwoko in Delta North that there will be no vacancy in the senatorial seat in 2027.

Specifically, Obire taunted the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its chieftains in Delta North, accusing them of sponsoring propaganda and carrying out a campaign to undermine the distinguished senator's effective representation in the Red Chamber.

Speaking to the press, Obire said that the opposition and its chieftains were fearful of future electoral losses after being defeated across the senatorial district in the last general election.

He said, "Their fears are founded on the fact that Senator Ned Nwoko is gaining popularity. Our political family is growing with the addition of new entrants and this is causing great apprehension for them. They are already eyeing 2027, but at that time, there will be no vacancy. Only our Senator, Senator Prince Ned Nwoko, will, by God's grace, continue as the Senator of the Delta North Senatorial District."

Obire urged supporters of Ned Nwoko to disregard what he referred to as insignificant politicians. He said, "Therefore, I urge you to remain committed to our political family so that our party can continue to move forward." Obire concluded.
