If the ICC can issue arrest warrants, why have they not done so for the Hamas leaders who planned and executed the Oct 7 genocide of women & children in Israel?? That could have averted the war in the first place! The mass killings and genocide being orchestrated by the Fulani all over West Africa that people have been signing petitions against, how many arrest warrants has been handed down to the governments of the affected countries? Abeg let the ICC park one side joor, it’s obvious they are governed by their sentiments there, not justice.

these are two different scenarios. Hamas was the first to attack Israel, killings hundreds of women and children without any provocation but in the case of Russian, Russian attacked Ukraine without any provocation with the aim of taking over the land and government of Ukraine.

Isreal was on its own peacefully when Hamas attacked Isreal from Gaza, killing more than 1,000 insrealis. Isreal retaliated.

Ukraine was on it's own when Russia INVADED ukraine.

Ukraine did not commit act of terrorism against Russia, Russia invaded Ukraine and start killing and destroying their country.

Gaza committed terrorist act against the Isrealis before Israel invaded them and start killing and destroying them with the aim of destroying the terrorist group called Hamas that attacked them.

USA invaded Afghanistan after the Pentagon attack, no sane country will no retaliate when threatened.

Although, Israel needs to calm down and apply diplomacy, it's obvious that they can't destroy Hamas by bombing Gaza. If ICC want to issue arrest warrant, it's should be in favour of Israel. They should issue arrest warrant against the Hamas leaders not isrealis leaders.
