It is still 5% , you don't use money to fight cybercrimes but knowledge... You have to be miles ahead...but the fat money you are trying to collect would lead to more terrorism and cybercrimes ... because you have the funds and people are out there to ensure it's spent ....

How much the country has lost to Nigeria politicians who are looting this country
Re: Cybersecurity Levy To Tackle Crimes, Terrorism - FG by eldoradoxx: 6:29am On May 09
Whenever Tinubu's government wants to do anything now, they come directly and impose taxes on the masses. Who is eating the hundreds of billions they make from electronics transfer levy every Nigeria making electronic transfer from his account pays for each transaction? Is that not enough to channel into funding cyber security nonsense.
When we told them Tinubu is coming to finish them, they called us names, the chicken has come home to roost.
Re: Cybersecurity Levy To Tackle Crimes, Terrorism - FG by Nwaokunkpara: 6:29am On May 09
This is just a direct justification for this evil taxation

That was said of BVN during buhari by pantami and yet terrorism reigns supreme

Shameless people in government

They told us NIN will be used to fight insecurity and mandated everyone to link their SIM with NIN. But after that what happened? Increased number of bandits and kidnappings.
Now it is Cybersecurity levy, looking to loot money for 2027

Re: Cybersecurity Levy To Tackle Crimes, Terrorism - FG by Image123(m): 6:36am On May 09
The government has not earned enough trust to introduce this levy at this time. We understand and know the implications of cybersecurity, but the government should find money elsewhere to start this. You cannot end up collecting over N273billion from people to protect loss of N273billion. Give people strong reason to trust you first.

What happens to all the money and properties recovered by EFCC? Why can't we use that to fight the so called "terrorism."?

The masses are suffering and this government want to keep adding to the suffering. Spending 15 trillion on a coastal highway, when that same amount or even less can give us 24 hrs electricity. Which is more important to the people, coastal highway or 24 hrs electricity?
Re: Cybersecurity Levy To Tackle Crimes, Terrorism - FG by IBB007: 6:45am On May 09
lol…then we should stop paying efcc salary then…cos na their jurisdiction be that…we can’t be paying for failure

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐏𝐨𝐞𝐦

Tax his land, tax his wage,
Tax his bed in which he lays.
Tax his tractor, tax his mule,
Teach him taxes is the rule.
Tax his cow, tax his goat,
Tax his pants, tax his coat.
Tax his ties, tax his shirts,
Tax his work, tax his dirt.

Tax his chew, tax his smoke,
Teach him taxes are no joke.
Tax his car, tax his grass,
Tax the roads he must pass.

Tax his food, tax his drink,
Tax him if he tries to think.
Tax his sodas, tax his beers,
If he cries, tax his tears.

Tax his bills, tax his gas,
Tax his notes, tax his cash.
Tax him good and let him know
That after taxes, he has no dough.

If he hollers, tax him more,
Tax him until he’s good and sore.
Tax his coffin, tax his grave,
Tax the sod in which he lays.

Put these words upon his tomb,
“Taxes drove me to my doom!”
And when he’s gone, we won’t relax,
We’ll still be after the inheritance tax.

Yet one oluomo and the other agberos across the country are daily raking in hundreds of millions of Naira into private pockets without the government going after that revenue to come into the national coffers but rather they go after N30,000 minimum wage earners and businesses with their senseless policies and wicked new tax and income ideas. I know the unseen owner of everything and everyone is watching you all in 6D and will soon move against this wickedness undecided undecided undecided undecided
