You only need to understand how the law works.

There is already a suit on the same matter in another court so it makes legal sense to withdraw it and consolidate all energy on the other court where it is believed to have a better chance of getting favourable judgement...

Anytime I read that Obaseki did it in Edo, what comes to mind is that many of you dont read history. Why dont you read about what happened during OBJ if such could happen? Why dont you ask question to see if Tinubu and Buhari are the same. Could Obaseki succeed doing that during OBJ time? It does not even have to be in Fubara’s control. It is the constitution. It is the law. Wike bought the forms for them. Wike got them sacked unintelligently.
