O BOY! The rate at which officials are resigning left and right from the Rivers State government to follow Wike is unbelievable! At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Fubara's wife resigns to follow Wike. If nothing is done urgently, Wike might even take the children from our dear amiable Simcard governor. Let all well-meaning Nigerians remember Fubara in their prayers so he doesn’t lose his family to Wike. On a more serious note, I have never seen grown men zombified like this in my entire life. Even Tinubu, at the height of his god-fatherism, never had people resigning like this in Lagos. I thought Niger Delta men were strong. Imagine, grown men with full beards, just resigning left and right because of Wike. They have lost their minds and have no opinions of their own. I'm sure if Wike instructed these men to take "ota pia pia" (rat poison), they would drink it with joy. They would happily leave their wives if Wike instructed. Nothing in this life will put me in a position where my fellow man will control me in this manner. Chineke ba re ekwensu mba, are we even sure Wike is not using "otumokpor" (voodoo) on these men? Now, the big question is, can you allow yourself to be manipulated like a puppet like these foolish commissioners? Even Amechi and GEJ never did half of this to Wike. This is a battle Wike will 100% lose, except he's Tinubu who went on to become president. Ever ex-governors eventually fade away. As for me, I can never allow myself to be controlled like this. 6 Likes 1 Share

He should immediately sack the whole cabinet and chose new one loyal only to him Fubara needs to know the rivers state governor is a powerful man in Nigeria and he should fully imbibe that power and watch Wike run 33 Likes 2 Shares |

dandollaz: no,no, They resigned before, came back again and are resigning the second time. O ni boseri nau! WTF! This should not be happening. if I am loyal to Wike, I will not come back the second time. These guys have been completely zombified under the guise of loyalty. I thought Buharu supporters were the only zombies in Nigeria. These guys have taken zombeism to another heights. One thing that is working for Wike is that he knows Fubara very well, He cannot try this a lot of met out there. Mbanu, O'nwe ka odi! 8 Likes |

The Commissioners resigning were forced on H.E Fubara by Wike and the BAT political solution. They are not resigning out of any misguided sense of loyalty. Nigerian politicians that only follow the buttered side of the bread do not care for such principles. Anyone that is a Wike appointee is being frustrated out of office by Fubara! This is chess not checkers going on in Rivers State, wetin you nor know big pass you! 8 Likes |

I don't see anything wrong with the move. There loyalty is with Wike and since he (Wike) is not in good terms with the governor the best option is to resign. Moreover, it is better they resigned now. At least, the governor now knows who and who are with him. 4 Likes |

They must've resigned to avoid sack. But that's a very good one as it gives fresh people the opportunity to come into government 3 Likes |

psucc: Some of them resigned before and came back again after the peace talk brokered by presiden Emilokan. Why did they come back if they are not willing to work with Fubara. Fubara gentle o, If I be governor and you resign under me , I go demolish your personal house and kidnap your family members. You have to be an hardened criminal to have a successful political career in Nigeria, 2 Likes |

Obi left PDP to LP Obidients- he is a different man, he is different from those criminals, PDP is a criminal structure. Obi went back to PDP Obidients- Obi for president, Atiku for vice. We need a force to push out Tinubu from aso rock. This is the alliance we need. Obi and his gang of criminals do not love Nigeria one bit, they are desperate political harlot that wants to get into power by any means. 38 Likes 2 Shares |

You don't get it. Which Commissioner do you think in his right senses will just resign like that when he has bills to pay in this harsh Economy? It is a simple thing. Since they are loyal to Wike, the directive is to either resign or be fired. Commissioners are suppose to be the appointees of the Governor but in this case, it was wike that appointed the chief of staff, CSO, Commissioners and sponsored all assembly members. Fubara was just a figure head. Now, it's time for Fubara to assert himself as the Governor by asking the Commissioners to either resign or be fired so that he can appoint his own Commissioners. 2 Likes |

I see everybody resigning as a useless fool. Wike himself won't resign, if he was in the same shoes. If I'm Fubara next week I will replace all the resigned positions with people from other tribes. Igbo, Hausa yoruba, akwaibom all round. 1 Like |
