Since yesterday, Tanker drivers have occupied the popular Iwofe road from the Wimpey Juntion down to St John along the Iwofe road of Port Harcourt. It was mild yesterday, but this morning the place is grounded and people are stranded. Workers and and school children cannot go out. The drivers are demanding justice for one of their own, who was brutalised by our "commando" police officers who were escorting a vehicle carrying an expatraite. If it is not resolved by today, there will be crises in that area. |

I just read an article that there is effective cure for scd although its on its prelimanary stage and that trials will take places from mid 2012 this is to inform scd sufferers that there is hope for the future and your comment will be highly appreciated |
