If IBB was as bad as a few Nigerians claim on a regular, he wouldn't have received as many visitors as reported when he was in the hospital. It got to a point that there wasn't enough space at the hospital to accommodate all these visitors from all over the world; absolutely unbelievable.
How many visitors do you think would have visited German hospital if OBJ or Shagari or Gowon was the one in the hospital? Or how many visited Ojukwu in London?

Without any doubt, we are free to say whatever we want about IBB's past or presence, but something remains very clear, IBB will always be a 1 of a kind and an incredible entity for the rest of his life.

You can never be perfect even if you try, but no matter what you do, always think broadly and do your best to touch as many lives as possible. You will never regret it.

Nigerian past leaders, like IBB should bury their heads in shame. For nine years he ruled, he could not put our medical facities in shape and good enough to take care of people. We are 50 years plus as a nation. Our comtemporaries are India, China, South Korea, Brazil, Vernezuela, Indonisia, Turkey, UAE, Iran, and our neighbour Ghana etc. See the technological wonders taking place in these countries. These countries have developed medical facilities. How many of their leaders or politicians go to other countries to have medical attention. Our political leaders rush abroad for the slightest ailment and many are brought back dead from other countries. Our hospitals are disary and, unfortunately, there is no hope of redemption in the immediate future. My people, how long are we going to await for eldorado?

What a shameful attitude, travelling abroad for medical treatment when we have qualified, intelligent and capable hands to administer good treatment here. The only thing we lack is medical infrastructures due to non-challant characters of our leaders, e.g IBB. They intentionally refused to upgrade our hospitals because they can afford to travel abroad for treatment. They don't consider the poor masses who can't afford to pay for these services abroad. Too bad!!
