So who does the floor pick defensively? Kawhi or Draymond?

Kawhi is having a fantastic season and all-round he is better than Draymond. But this year I think Draymond has been the DPOTY. I also think Draymond can guard more positions than Kawhi even though Kawhi should be an inch or 2 taller.

Obviously, Draymond has his temper and over-aggression that could be dangerous to his team but looking at GSW and sometimes their lack of leaders (which SAS don't seem to lack even as Duncan has retired) Draymond also doubles as the leader of the team and I think it spices up his game well.

I read that article on Kawhi. I am not surprised but yeesh..he must really have a boring personality. I can see why Pop likes him grin

Because some people dont watch football and everytime they see a new post they think it is basketball related.

Not fair is it?
They can generate basketball related content. No?

Majority of the guys that make this thread worth checking up on follow football. You guys should allow some wiggle room. It all ends in a forthnight anyway

I would pick Kawahi, especially one on one, and his ability to disrupt plays, and alter the passing lanes with those hands.

Furthermore, Kawahi possesses the discipline to control his emotions after a defensive play, even when calls don't go his way; i can't vouch that the latter would not do something stupid and get thrown out of the game costing the team a W.
You make a very good point. He does his job with minimal fuss and puts his team at zero risk. The numbers of guys that go against him tend to drop so badly its hard to ignore. Maybe the edge Green has is he can do a job guarding from 1-5 and hence a bit more versatile while Kawhi is more of a lockdown specialist

He seems a sadist which is quite odd for a guy that rocks braids and cornrows.

You are right. Draymond has to be the most versatile defender the league has seen in years. The 1 guy that can guard from 1-5. However you can't ignore his terrible temperament. You lose your value as an irritant or stopper when your antics begin to literally cost your team a title. Hopefully he has grown from last year thanks to fatherhood

Izzit not Kyrie's 2nd half that brought Cavs back into the game? Mtchewwwww

A40, wouldn't call Bucks Rockets an upset. Staked and won on that game. No be the human alphabet?

The guy was just sincere. He has been turning the ball over too much lately and I think it's because he's the only one making the plays.
We desperately need a PG.

The Bucks were on a 4 game L spree so I guess it felt like one. Seriously if you put money on the Heat and Pelicans alone last night you would be dabbing to the Bank today

Make he go sleep. After securing exhorbitant deals for the clients of a member of his 'posse' and of course a monster but perhaps deserved deal for himself where are the Cavs going to get a decent PG. With which cap space? Is he aware his team already has the highest payroll in the league? He better make that team Work Work Work Work Work

The Cavs have lost 5 of their last 7 games, they look vulnerable. Lebron was on a rant after last night's loss to New Orleans, however, i think he should do a self appraisal.

Against San Antonio, he accounted for 7 of the 18 Cavs turnover, last night, against New Orleans he accounted for 6 of the 11 turn overs by the Cavs.

No mind that drama queen. Maybe if they gave Tristan and J.R a little less money they would have been able to hold on to Delly. Their payroll this year is at $128m (highest in the league) they are so over the cap they have to pay another $28m just for luxury taxes. That is $156m per year!!! In a small market city. There are 53 man NFL teams that don't have that payroll. And this is someone who wants to be an owner someday yet showing complete cluelessness on how franchises should be run
Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 11:42pm On Jan 24, 2017
Lebron basically handpicked his team. He needs to hush it. His bandwagoners will soon buy his narrative and tell you that the reason he didn't win a ring in 2017 grin was because he had no help.

Lolawilliams where are you?
Re: The NBA Begins by Manutd19: 11:51pm On Jan 24, 2017
M not sure have seen a super star ask for help the way LeBron does. He makes it hard for GM to do his job. Any team they approach for a playmaker will definitely ask for more in return based on this LeBron's public rants about needing a playmarker.

What do I know? He's greater than MJ!!!

LeBron shouldn't be complaining about needing help.
And where's Kyrie in all this? I don't think the Cavs need anyone else. What were they thinking before taking Kyle Korver or didn't they have enough 3pt weapons with Kyrie, K.Love, Frye, Jones and Jefferson?

The only difference these days is that almost all teams play with so much confidence and toughness.

the Celtics got raw dogged tonight cheesy.
San Antonio quietly beat the 1st and 2nd best team in the east.

The Lakers, Timberwolves and most importantly the Sixers have all impressed me this season. These teams exemplify the importance of patience in the rebuilding process. The Sixers in the east and the Wolves in the dreaded west have the best shot of continuing this gradual process in their respective conferences. The Lakers i think are yet to identify who they are centrally building around, they have a long way to go in comparison to the Wolves and the Sixers.

If J. Embiid ("The Process"wink stays healthy next season and they get Ben Simmons back they have the potential to fight for the 8th spot in the Eastern conference. The Wolves have a good bunch led by the BIG KAT, Wiggins and Zach.

How about dem Sixers? defeating the Clippers even without "the process". The Clippers are an assembly of pathetic jokers, they should be broken after this season.

Did anyone watch D. Jordan air-balled two free throws? LMAO...

LA clippers are like kids running around the field now just because CP is down.
What if kyrie gets injured?
Do you want what happened in 2015 finals to happen again? cheesy

I agree with you that LeBron and his crew influenced the JR and TT deals. But for the sake of the team, the management should just get us a PG.

I condemn his public rants but the fact still remains that the team needs a backup PG.
GSW without curry has a better chance of winning than a Cavs team without kyrie.
The team lost two backup PGs this season and it's really affecting them.
