Some of the protests unfortunately will have a mix crowd.

People with an agenda to loot, pick-pocket, Harrass and extort from other citizens, confront an Ill-trained/equip law enforcement agent with fully loaded arms yet NOT enough reason to Shoot live bullets at citizens no, that's not supported.

I 'd imagine Rubber bullets as a last resort against those turning the protest into a direct confrontation against Security agencies, Arsonists etc.

Police will not shoot protesters, they will rather shoot area boys and looters who will use the protest as a reason for rubbery and other anti-social behaviours capable of causing danger to other citizens.
