I've seen the Ben Bruce proposal and I'm sure other people have seen the video broadcasted on Silverbird and nobody have made an comment about his idea. I think they are reasonable and practical. Anyone have views on the Ben Bruce "SUBSIDIZING FOR THE POOR" proposal? I saw the video on his TV station but this is what I could get from the internet.
