Bola Ahmed Tinubu needs no introduction to most Nigerians, especially those living in the South-West. The ACN party leader whose real name is Ahmadu Yekeni, originally hail from Osun state. He left his village for the big city of Lagos when was a little child. He was taken in by the the famous Tinubu family of Lagos Island, a family whose name he later adopted. His rise to prominence, though questionable, could be describe as the Lagos version of American dream. Like Hitler, a poor Polish boy who became German Chancellor, he uprooted the then big and powerful families of Lagos, who where pre 1999 power brokers in the state and replaced them with his political machine. Now the Oshodis, Adeneji Adeles, Ojoras, Anifowonshes, Kosokos, Shitta-Beys, Marshas, Dosunmus, Da Silvas, Femi Pearses, Oyekans, Onirus, Onikoyis, Obanikoros, Cardosos, Pedros and other big families and royalties have to court him for favors (in their own Land, chei!). Well, the big story is that we have not heard much from him in recent times. With recent happenings in the country and the deployment of soldiers to his colony (Lagos), one had expected that the ACN party leader will, as he has always done, take advantage of the situation to score some very cheap political points. That has not happen. And hence I am asking, "Where Is Bola Ahmed Tinubu?"

Ahmed Tinubu is alive, thank God! He was in some meetings two weeks ago with other political groups. He was in Ibadan last week in a political strategy meeting. He will continue this week in more political meetings.
