E nice:

some people are so clueless! what has GEJ got to do with a court order that was filed before he became president? this is a public forum. please don't show your stu.pidity here
Because this matter had nearly been forgotten
The appeal court ruled before April last year
And the supreme court is just ruling now, while Jonathan is having problems with Sylva
The entire Judgement is about Sylva
because the matter had even been taken care of by the new electoral act/constitution
After this matter, the supreme court judgement no longer applies to future events

Correction
Echocho won PDP primary
Amaechi also worn PDP primary
None of the two had their names submitted to INEC
The only difference is that there was a 2nd primary election in Kogi which purported to nullify Echocho's mandate
There was no 2nd primary election in the case of Amaechi
the election was conducted more than 90 days after the Primary Echocho won. So he has no mandate, and unless a fresh election is going to be conducted in Kogi state, Wada remains the authentic candidate of the pdp, because he won the second primary; and National PDP recognises him as their candidate.

This is so sad and funny. Lokoja Kogi capital is so close to Abuja, even in this day of GSM, can a clear instruction be given?

No, the judgement was to set the record straight. if you say it was because of sylva, you should know that the situation right not strengthens his case. GEJ has nothing to do with this because whatever the decision of the courts, sylva is a forgone conclusion.
